Horizon High Student Services is dedicated to the preparation of each individual student for success today and beyond the Horizon. 

Per OCPS Academic Services, a Student Progression Plan is a set of policies and procedures that determine each student's progression from one grade to the next, in part based upon proficiency in reading, writing, science, and mathematics. The OCPS Student Progression Plan will be updated periodically to address changes in state law, policy, and the changing needs of our students and community among other reasons.
