New Student Enrollment & Withdrawals

Welcome to Horizon High School, Home of the Hawks!

Please select which enrollment/withdrawal pertains to your student below and follow the process on how to register or withdraw your student at Horizon High.

New Student Enrollment from outside of OCPS

 

(this includes entering from other states, FL counties, FLVS Full Time or private school)

Check to see if you live within Horizon High's school zone through OCPS's Find my school link.

Step 2: Review and collect all required documentation requirements for students new to OCPS

 

 

 

Step 3:  Make an appointment with our registrar at: New Student Appointment Link

After all documentation is provided through the link, complete course requests through the appropriate grade level form below:

 

Grade 9 Course Request Form

 

Grades 10 - 12 Course Request Form

A counselor will contact you once your schedule is complete with the next steps to start school. Please be sure to check your email frequently.

New Student Enrollment from another OCPS school

(this includes OCPS Home Education, OCVS Full Time, OCVS/FLVS Flex, etc.)

Check to see if you live within Horizon High's school zone through OCPS's Find my school link.

Step 2: Review and collect all required documentation requirements for students transferring from another OCPS school.

 

 

 

Step 3:  Make an appointment with our registrar at: New Student Appointment Link.

After all documentation is provided through the link,  complete course requests through the appropriate grade level form below:

A counselor will contact you once your schedule is complete with the next steps to start school. Please be sure to check your email frequently.

Student Withdrawal

Ensure that your laptop and all materials belonging to HHS are returned to the media center.

 Submit the Request to Withdrawal Form here .

A Horizon HS Student Services representative will contact you with further information. You may pick up your withdrawal packet after 48 hours if all obligations are fulfilled.
