Transcript Requests

Due to the private student information contained in the academic transcripts, we are unable to email transcripts to students, parents and colleges/universities. 

Unofficial PRINTED HARD COPY transcripts are given for FREE to 11th and 12th grade students TWO TIMES a year: once in the Fall & once in the Spring.

  • Sending official transcripts to college/universities? Check with your college/university website to see if they prefer an electronic or printed transcript and then choose the correct link below.
  • Sending official transcripts to NCAA or NAIA for student athletes? Use the Electronic Transcript Link below.
  • Current Students that need to provide a list of courses/grades to coaches or scholarships should use the Printed Hard Copy Transcript link below.

 

Please follow the steps below to order official high school transcripts. Horizon High School Records Clerk processes all transcripts.

  • Printed Official Hard Copy Official Transcripts: Use this Printed Hard Copy Transcript Link to order official hard copy transcripts. Official Hard Copy Transcripts are available within 5 business days of your request. 

SENIOR FINAL TRANSCRIPTS

 

  • Most colleges/universities want an electronic copy of your transcript. You may request an electronic copy to be sent at the Horizon HS Electronic Transcript Request Link listed above. The electronic copies will be sent in June after we receive verification from OCPS that we can send official transcripts to colleges/universities.
  • June 10th: 8AM-1PM
    • For students who have met all graduation requirements, you can stop by the school to pick up 1 unofficial copy of your FINAL high school transcript and your high school diploma. You can choose at that time if you would like 1 OFFICIAL HARD copy of your transcript as well.
    • Some College/Universities have had difficulties retrieving the electronic submission, so we recommend that you request a hard copy so you can take it with you when you go to college as a just in case. For colleges/universities, not listed on the Electronic Transcript Request Form, you will need a hard copy official transcript.
    • If you are not able to pick it up on June 10, you can stop by Horizon during open hours in the summer to pick up your diploma or transcript. We recommend June 10th because we know counselors will be available that day for any questions.
