Welcome to your 2025-2026 Horizon Course Registration!
Please review and use the information below to assist you with registration for the upcoming school year. Students must be logged into their OCPS student account in order to access and complete the registration form. Students and parents should work together to complete the form. Parents are only able to view the form with their student through the student's account.

- College Level Coursework Information (AICE, AP, & College Dual Enrollment)
- College Dual Enrollment programs and students seeking the Cambridge AICE Diploma REQUIRE applications for admissions into their programs. Please use the link above to direct you to their College Dual Enrollment Information.
- Any student can take AICE courses at Horizon, however if a student is interested in pursuing the AICE Cambridge Diploma, students must complete the Cambridge AICE Diploma Interest Form. Students can track their diploma requirements using the AICE Diploma Tracker Form. Please use this form as a planning guide and bring it to your registration meeting with your counselor.

TIMELINE For Rising Grades 10 - 12

- January 9: Course Registration Rollout with Academic Fair & Live School Wide Registration Presentation
- Course Registration Form will open after Academic Parent Night
- January 9: Academic Parent Night
- January 9 - January 13: Course Registration Form COMPLETION TIME
- Students can submit and edit until January 13th.
- Once a student submits their course registration, they will receive an email with their course requests.
- January 13: Last day to make edits to your Course Registration Form
- January 15 - January 22: Teachers review student course requests and give their academic recommendations to Student Services.
- February 10 - February 28: Course Registration meetings begin with Hawk Counselors
- 9th grade students: Will meet with Horizon Counselors during your AICE General paper or 9th reading class to review the requests and make any necessary revisions.
- 10th & 11th grade students Will meet with Horizon Counselors through their History class to review the requests and make any necessary revisions. Don't have a history course on campus? You will receive an email in the Spring on when you will meet with Horizon Counselors.
- KEY INFO: Students will review a printed 25-26 school year course selection information with any edits done during the meeting to bring home. Academic Links and information will be provided on the printed information sheet that students will receive.
- April 2025: Students and parents will receive an email from Student Services with updated course requests and the add/drop form to make any changes again at this time, if there is availability in courses to make changes.
- August 2025: Course Schedules become available via Skyward.
