Student Services Updates

🦅 HAWKS, IT’S ALMOST TIME! 💜🧡

Here are some important back-to-school dates and reminders:

📲 AUGUST 3: Current student schedules available in Skyward

Students may receive a different course because the requested course is no longer offered, conflicts with another class, or reading support is needed. Please pay attention to the dates below to ensure that we can successfully help all students with schedule adjustments.

🆕 NEW STUDENTS: Schedules will be available by the first day of school

📅 AUGUST 6: Hawk Walk | 8:00–11:00 a.m.

Student Services will correct schedule errors and conflicts only from 8:00–10:00 a.m. We will continue addressing these issues during the first week of school.

A schedule error or conflict means:

✅ A missing class period
✅ Two classes during the same period
✅ A course the student has already completed

📝 AUGUST 13–17: Online Add/Drop Form available

All course-change requests must be submitted through the Add/Drop Form. Email requests will not be reviewed.

🚫 Requests to change teachers, lunches, or specific class periods cannot be accepted.

💻 COMPUTER PICKUP: First week of school
