Reminder....

Please notify the school clinic by emailing Maritza Vega at Maritza.Vega@ocps.net if your child has diabetes, a seizure disorder, asthma, or any other potentially life-threatening medical condition. Once notified, the school nurse will contact you regarding the required paperwork and appropriate care plan.

All prescription medications—including medications for ADHD, antibiotics, and anxiety medications—must be delivered directly to the clinic nurse by a parent or guardian.
