Preplanning Tech Support for Damaged Computers

We will be offering on-campus tech support on August 3, 4, & 9 only for the following issues:

  • Broken or cracked laptop case/cover.
  • Broken or cracked screen.
  • Broken keyboard or trackpad.
  • Broken charger.
  • Computer will not start up even when it is plugged in.

If you are having any other issue besides these, we will NOT be able to provide support at this time. Support for other issues will begin during school hours in the first week of school.

IMPORTANT: we will only be able to provide support by appointment. We will not be able to accommodate walk-in's at this time.
