requirements for students new to OCPS

Submit
all documentation at this link

Our registrar will contact you within 1 school-day.

complete current year course requests through this form

Student Withdrawal
|
Ensure that your laptop and all
materials belonging to HHS are returned to the media center.

A Horizon HS Student Services representative will contact you with further information.
You may pick up your withdrawal packet after 48 hours if all obligations are fulfilled.

If enrolling in a brick-and-mortar school, enroll with new school.
