Student Parking Purchase Update
This is the first of many messages posted
regarding steps to purchase a parking permit for the 2024-2025 school
year. This is just a preview of information in order for you to prepare what is
needed. Please review the following in its entirety.
ALL parking information
and submissions of documents for senior pre-sale will be on
the Student Body - Horizon HS 2023-24 Canvas page.
If you are a juniors or senior who could not purchase during senior pre-sale, please add your
information to this Google form in order to receive directions
on how to purchase a parking permit in July.
I will open the above Canvas course
module one week early on May 6th, 2024 for seniors who are
ready to provide the documentation needing to be approved.
Purchasing will begin May 13th - May
17th. I will keep the module open for submissions of documents until the 16th
or all spots are filled.
What you will need to provide photocopies of
are:
- Valid Driver’s License (Permits are not
accepted),
- Valid Insurance policy with the student
listed as insured, or policy information along with portion of policy that
states minor driver is insured
- Valid Vehicle Registration
Purchasing a parking spot will be on a
first come first serve basis.
IMPORTANT:
- There are no refunds.
- Parking is non-transferable.
- Horizon High School retains the right to
revoke your parking permit/spot if the documents requested are found to be
incorrect/invalid, or if you are found to not be a rising senior.
